Frequently Asked Questions
Can I download a Reel with sound?
Choose a video option that includes audio when it is offered. If the saved Reel is silent, check the player volume and try another available format. An audio track heard inside Instagram may not be included in the file returned for download.
Can I save Reels in HD?
Select an HD resolution when it appears in the results. Available quality varies between Reels and depends on the video files Instagram supplies. A higher-resolution option is not available for every link.
Will the download remove text or watermarks?
Text, logos and watermarks already inside the video can remain in the downloaded file. The SnapInsta is a downloader, so do not use it as a way to remove marks embedded in a Reel.
Why does my Reel open in a browser tab?
Your browser may play the video before saving it. Use the download option in the player or browser for that file, then check the downloads list. On a phone, the saved Reel may be in Files or Downloads rather than the photo library.
Can I download several Reels together?

Why is the Reel link not working?
Check that you copied the link to a Reel rather than its audio page. The video may also have been deleted or restricted. If the correct public link still fails, try again later.
Can I download Reels from a private account?
A private Reel requires access through your own Instagram account. See the Private Downloader for its source-HTML process. Entering a private link on the public tool does not grant access to that account.
