If only a Highlight cover appears
Open the Highlight on Instagram and check that you copied its own link, rather than a profile or image address. Submit that link again and look through the results. If the tool still returns only the cover, the other items may not be accessible through the service at that time.

What is the difference between a Story and a Highlight?
A Highlight is a collection of Stories that a creator has chosen to keep on their profile. A normal Story can disappear from the active Story feed. Use the link to the Highlight when downloading items kept in that collection.
Can I download all Highlights from an account at once?
Use a separate link for each Highlight you want to download. This tool does not export an entire account. The Bulk Downloader can process up to five separate supported links if you already have them.
Can I download a Highlight as one video?
The tool lets you save the individual files it returns. It does not automatically combine a collection of photos and video Stories into one movie. Download the clips separately if you need to edit them together.
Why are some items missing from a Highlight?
An item may have been removed or may not be accessible to the download service. Open the Highlight on Instagram to confirm it is still there, then retry its link. Check the previews before assuming the whole collection was returned.
Can I save Highlights on my phone?
Yes. Open The SnapInsta in your browser, submit the Highlight link and download the items you want. Find them in Files or your device's Downloads folder after the download finishes.
Can I download a Highlight from a private profile?
The public tool needs access to the content. Viewing a private profile in your own Instagram app does not give the downloader the same access. Use the Private Downloader's instructions for supported content you can already view.
